Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

WrightLeave is an internal tool that helps Wright State University psychiatry residents request leave, arrange coverage, and route approvals to attendings and the program coordinator. This policy describes what information the app collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

How we use it

Your information is used only to operate WrightLeave: routing your leave requests to the right attendings, notifying covering residents, sending the reminders and confirmations the workflow requires, and giving the program coordinator the documentation the residency requires. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Text messaging

Text messages are sent only to program members who have opted in. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with our SMS delivery provider solely to deliver the messages you requested. See the SMS Terms and the Text Message Program page for details, including how to opt out.

Sharing

Leave-request details are visible to the attendings and covering residents involved in a request and to program administrators as needed for residency administration. Data is processed by the service providers that host the app and deliver email and text messages, only for those purposes.

Your choices

You can withdraw text-message consent at any time by replying STOP to any text or by asking the program office to remove your number. For questions or data requests, contact andrew.correll@wright.edu.
